Our charges, excluding out of pocket expenses,
start from a minimum of $600/, varying on the complexity and time
spent on the draws. IT programs used for the draw are required to be
audited as well and will be charged at $700/- per program to ensure
the fairness of the system used.

paragraphs 3 and 5 of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption)
Notification 1996,

We will verify the lucky draw procedure to ensure
everyone in the draw will have equal chance of being selected. |

We will witness the draw proceeding; verify the lucky draw winners and
terms and conditions to ensure compliance. |

We will draft an audited report to CID as part
of legal requirements giving details of the
following:

|
Full particulars of all the winners |
|
|
Attach a copy of the newspaper cutting if the prizes are more than
S$10,000. |
|
|
State whether all winners have claimed the prizes. |
|
|
Attach the original acknowledgement receipts of prizes by the
winners. |
|
|
For prizes which are not claimed for 2
months or more, to determine which charitable organization
(approved by the Minister) to have the prizes donated to. This
has to be attached with a copy of receipt by the charitable
organisation. |

|
Consolidate all information required for
submission to GSB/CID within 3 months from the announcement of
result. |
