Pre-Show Audit Preparations
The organiser should provide the following items for audit purpose:

  • Exhibition brochure
  • Exhibition directory
  • Floor plan (in scale drawing with indication of name of exhibitors in the booths)


Onsite Audit - during exhibition period

  • subject to Auditor's requirement, onsite auditing may be required.


Post Show Report

  • Post show report to be prepared by organiser within 1 month after the show
  • Post show report contains various information:
    • General Show information
    • List of Exhibitors
    • Floor Plan
    • Special Events
    • Various types of Statistical Reports
    • Exhibitor & Visitor Survey Summary Reports
    • Advertising & Publicity Schedule
    • Media clipping
  • Various types of statistical reports could be produced dependent on the requirement and the objectives of the Organizer
  • The organizer may request the Auditors to stamp onto the statistical reports, if the audit information and statistical reports tallies.
