Registered Office and Mailing Address
Our fee for provision of registered office is $360.00 per annum excluding the charges for postal and courier services.
All official and legal documents from the Court, the Inland Revenue or ACRA are usually sent to this address. The registered address does not have to be the address where the business is trading.
Our fee for provision of business and mailing address services are at $600 per annum excluding the charges for postal and courier services. Address can be included in the subscribers’ name card or letter head or any other documents.
1. Notification of mails received – will be notified by fax or email only. All mails must be self-collect at our office. Courier services can be arranged but subject to additional handling charge and disbursement.
2. Termination of facility – Facility and Services will be automated terminated if the designated/authorised person assigned to deal with us is no longer contactable or leaving Singapore without given notice. Once terminated, mails received will be returned to senders
